Guests & visitors

• Maximum 10 guests in total per stay, including children (City of Los Angeles permit).
• Visitors must be approved in advance. Message the host with how many people and what time.
• No more than 10 people overnight.

No parties or events

• No parties or events. The City of Los Angeles prohibits unpermitted parties at short-term rentals.
• No open-invite, ticketed or fee-based gatherings, commercial events or banquets.

Quiet hours & noise

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; keep voices at conversation level.
• No sound-amplifying equipment (speakers, amps, etc.) outdoors after 10:00 PM.
• No more than 8 guests in outdoor areas after 8:00 PM.

Pets

• Well-behaved pets are welcome with advance notice. Tell us the number and type when you book.
• Pet fee: $30 per pet, per night, as shown at checkout.
• Pets stay on the first floor and off furniture and beds.
• Bathroom breaks off the property, please; the decks aren't designed for it.

Smoking

• No smoking or vaping indoors, on decks, by the pool or on the rooftop.

Pool safety

• The pool is not heated. There is no lifeguard; swim at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No glass in the pool area, and no jumping or diving.
• Never jump from the rooftop or garage.

Parking

• Park inside the 2-car garage.
• Extra cars use free street parking nearby.
• Never block the shared driveway or neighbors' access.

Cameras & privacy

• Exterior-only security cameras cover the front entry, driveway, pool and backyard.
• No indoor cameras and no audio recording.

• Bookings are screened and protected by our partner Truvi. By booking, you agree to the Truvi Guest Agreement and Truvi Privacy Policy.

Check-in & checkout

• Check-in from 4:00 PM (self check-in). Checkout by 11:00 AM.
• Early bag drop or a different arrival time depends on the cleaning schedule; just ask.
