Yes. Booking and payment run through Hospitable's secure checkout, which processes the payment and collects Los Angeles occupancy tax. This site never sees your card details.

Bookings are screened and protected by our partner Truvi, which helps keep the home and the neighborhood as they are. By booking, you agree to the Truvi Guest Agreement and Truvi Privacy Policy.

It varies by date, and some nights can be booked on their own. Choose your dates in the booking calendar to check availability; it applies the stay rules for those nights before you pay.

No. It's a private saltwater pool, 3 to 6 ft deep, and it isn't heated; there's no hot tub. It's comfortable on warm days and cool in the winter months. No diving, and an adult must supervise children at all times. Outdoor amenities

No bedroom is on the first floor: all four bedrooms and both full bathrooms are upstairs via a wide staircase.
